Rhizome

Rhizome is a sculptural installation in steel “I” beams which marks the beginning of this new freeway extension. As a sculpture it forms the first of Goodwin’s exploded  structures on a large scale. Inspired by the local grasses the work also speaks to its context during the day and at night when lit.
